1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Spectrum Building Products ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit sbptn.com or contact us about building materials. By using this site or submitting a form, you agree to the practices described here.
2. Information We Collect
- Information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, the city of your project, the service you are interested in and any details you include in your message, whether sent through our quote request forms, by phone or by email.
- Plans and project documents: construction plans and material lists you send us so we can prepare a take-off or a quote.
- Consent choices: the communication preferences you select on our forms.
- Automatically recorded with each form submission: your IP address, browser user agent, the page the form was submitted from, the first page you visited, how you arrived at the site, and the date and time. We use these to prevent spam and to keep a record of the consent you gave.
- Site analytics: pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected through Google Analytics 4.
- Cookies and similar technologies: see our Cookie Policy.

- To protect the site against spam and abuse
- To understand how visitors use the site and improve it
- To meet legal, tax and recordkeeping obligations
We use automated tools to help route and prioritize incoming inquiries. These tools do not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
4. How We Share Your Information
- We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Service providers: Google Analytics (site analytics), our website hosting provider, and Page One Insights, LLC, our web design partner, which operates the lead-management system that receives and stores form submissions on our behalf. These providers may use the information only to provide services to us.
- Vendors and carriers: the suppliers and delivery carriers involved in your order receive the details needed to price, fulfill and deliver it, such as the job site location and a delivery contact.
- Legal compliance: when required by Tennessee or federal law, a subpoena, or to protect our rights, safety or property.
- Business transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of business assets.

7. Data Retention

8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted connections on all form submissions and secure hosting. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
