This website describes our building material supply and procurement services and lets you request a quote or contact us. Submitting a form does not create a contract and does not guarantee that we will supply materials for your project.

4. Take-Offs, Quotes and Pricing

Information on this site about pricing, timing or availability is general information, not a binding offer. A material take-off is prepared from the plans you provide and is only as complete as those plans. Material prices change with the market, so a quote is valid for the period stated on it. Quantities, pricing and delivery terms for your project are confirmed only in a written quote or agreement we provide to you. That written document controls if it conflicts with these Terms. Verbal figures are not binding.

5. Our Role

Spectrum Building Products is a building materials supplier. We are not a contractor, installer, architect or engineer. We do not design structures, specify materials for code compliance, or supervise construction. The builder remains responsible for the plans, the specifications and the installation of all materials.

6. Product Warranties

Materials are covered by the warranties, if any, of their manufacturers. Any commitment we make about materials we supply is set out in the written quote or agreement for your project.

7. Communications Consent

When you submit a form, you consent to be contacted about your request using the contact details you provide, according to the consent options you select. 8. Intellectual Property
